The same circle that filled a page of Cosmopolitan, in print and online. Back now, on the once, every month.
A monthly, live, online circle for women ready to meet their own bodies.
Two and a half hours, held gently, once a month, with the same group of women returning to what is theirs.
Embodied movement and breathwork, to arrive in the body.
Space to speak and be witnessed, with options to journal instead.
A guided, private exploration of your own pelvis, off camera, in your own space.
A circle of women doing the same thing, at the same time, together.
No cameras on your body. No performance. Just women returning to what is theirs.

I created THE VAGINA CIRCLE years ago in response to the lack of spaces for women to be held while they explore their bodies without labels or sexualising the spaces.
It’s a devotional reclamation.
I also used to piss myself.
Even shit myself.
And not because I’d had children.
I had horrendous period pains where I would double over and my husband once thought he needed to phone an ambulance.
I've worked with many, many women with vaginismus and vulvodynia.
My root was shaky from a trauma-soaked childhood.
By the time I became known as The Vagina Woman, I’d already begun whispering back to my pelvis.
And I healed it, not with kegals or quick fixes: but with some of the tending you'll experience in this circle.
I guide others through their own pelvic healing journey.
Not just physical. Not just emotional.
Whole.
Rooted.
Real.
I'm like a bridge between the 'usual world' of tending to the pelvic floor and the 'woo'.

You have read the words. Maybe you have even quoted them back to yourself in the mirror.
But reading about safety in your body and actually feeling it are two different things.

Frequently Asked Questions
When is the circle, and how do I join each month?
The Ground Floor Circle is live, once a month on alternative Friday evenings and Saturday mornings to create more options and times to join. You will get the joining link by email once you sign up, and again as a reminder on the morning itself. There is no on demand version, this is a live, held space, not a recording.
I am currently pregnant, is this circle still for me? Yes. This work is powerful when started before birth. Connecting with your pelvis. I would not advise tending to the vagina section but you can work visually. Some women choose to tend internally but that is at your discretion and not somehing I share.
What if I have already seen a pelvic physio and it did not help?
You are not alone. Many women leave physio still feeling as though a piece is missing. This circle goes deeper, addressing the emotional holding underneath the physical, and using tools your body actually understands. This is not surface level, it is root system work, done in company rather than alone.
Do I need to do Kegels for this to work?
No. This circle steps away from the Kegel myth entirely, and offers embodied, integrative practices that restore without over clenching or adding more tension. It is about working with your body, not forcing it.
Do I need to have given birth to join?
Not at all. This circle challenges the idea that pelvic care is only for postpartum or those with labelled ‘issues’ or menopausal women. It is for anyone ready to reconnect with their own body.
Is this only for women who have given birth vaginally?
No. Every practice adapts to your own body and your own history, vaginal birth, assisted birth, caesarean, or none of the above.
What do I actually need for the session?
A private space where you will not be interrupted, something to sit or lie on, and a mirror if you would like one. Cameras stay on for the group during the talking parts, and off for the private, guided exploration. No one sees your body, that part is yours alone.
Do I need to be into woo to get anything from this? Not at all. This circle is for women ready to be in their bodies, not just their heads. It blends emotional and ancestral wisdom with anatomy, nervous system science, and lived experience. Magic and muscle, together.
Is there a community or ongoing support beyond the circle?
The circle itself is the community, live, held, and shared with the same women each month if you choose to stay.
Is the circle recorded, can I watch it back if I miss it?
Yes. The Ground Floor Circle is recorded but the part where we tend will be a blank screen. If you cannot make a date, your membership simply carries you to the next one. Any shares at the end are not recorded but remain live in the session.
Is there a refund policy? Once you have booked your place, that place is held for you and is non-refundable. If something comes up and you cannot make it, email hello@thisisnaomigale.co.uk and we will see what we can do.
Can I pay in instalments? The £29 a month membership already works as an ongoing instalment, you simply keep your place from month to month for as long as you would like. CANCEL ANYTIME. If you would prefer a different arrangement for the £45 one-off, email hello@thisisnaomigale.co.uk and we will meet you where you are. It’s a matriarchal space which includes holding for those who need it within the resources they have. A space for other women to hold those who need that holding financially. A space led by a woman who has done this work for ten plus years.
This circle is a holistic, educational space- not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
By joining, you acknowledge that your body is your own, and you take full responsibility for your health and healing journey.
If something doesn’t feel right, seek support from a qualified medical provider.
This work is here to empower you, not replace the care you may need from trusted health professionals.
