How to heal Fibroids, endometriosis or PCOS
The reasons I group the above into one is because fibroids, endometriosis or PCOS and more are all energetic responses to unmet emotional needs or traumas which have manifested overtime. These are generally feminine related issues (for which it’s an endless list right?!).
The way we have to look at it is getting to the root of all our unmet needs. If we don’t get to the root they sit…in our roots and slowly manifest as issues.
The health of our cycle is completely and utterly key to our overall health. It is our 5th vital sign. Unless we begin to look at our periods with a keener eye we will continue to pushdown the emotional traumas which cause issues such as endo.
Yes these issues are also linked to endocrine disrupters but I am telling you, getting to the emotions, looking at what you’re holding onto is going to do a hell of a lot for you and your journey to healing.
This article by the guardian explores shows how “A common treatment for endometriosis could actually be making things worse.” Really, this is because it’s an incredibly painful, stressful op sold as a golden ticket to freedom for many but in fact, it’s simply not doing anything of use. The endo can grow back. Why? Because we didn’t go to the root.
I believe passionately that alongside other lifestyle changes we should must, have to be using a triangle approach to healing our period issues.
Breath, shadow work, physical movement.
Without the triangular approach we are simply not doing enough every day/week/month. The odd thing isn’t going to heal the endo.
To begin your own shadow work I recommend downloading this ebook on the mother wound and sister shadow work as a starting point when you feel ready. Not just because it’s my ebook. But because this is the real work. The work that gives you the breakthroughs and the recognition you need/deserve.
It’s hard, long and triggering but necessary work.
Heal the root to heal the womb.
